We are here to help

Working in the human welfare sector for the past 10 years, we have experienced different organisations and came across many people of different ages with different needs and challenges. Often we found, that there was so much more which could be done, but often restricted by corporate mechanism and systems. We decided to turn this around.

Carpe Diem Community Services has been established in May 2019 with the aim to assist people in their day to day life, to create more choice and control and to reach their potential and goals.

Our main focus are relationships, building trust and making the people we care for a priority. We want to provide individual and flexible support, tailored to your unique situation and needs.

We are a team of professionals with extensive experiences in the disability, mental health, youth and aged care sector.

We are passionate about the people we work with and we are here to make a difference and to make every moment count!
